Job Description:
Here is the scope of services and the kinds of tasks one can expect to handle on a daily basis:
Inbound calls for assistance with bookings from client’s customer, assisting with cruise specific questions, quotes and more.
Stay up to date on latest sales and promotions while earning revenue!
Maintain top sales performance by showcasing expert sales technique and overcoming customer objections.
Transferring of inbound calls or outbound calls to other client-designated internal support departments or client account representatives.
Possible outbound calls to client designated internal support departments, client customer for status and clarification purposes
What It Takes To Succeed:
Having outstanding problem-solving skills
Displays patience, empathy, an ability to manage stress, the ability to work under pressure
Skilled and efficient in writing and verbal communication
Provides knowledgeable, friendly and eloquent customer service
Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Must be able to work 15-20 hours a week (some clients have weekend requirements)
Must have a quiet distraction free work environment
Must have minimum computer specifications or better as described by client (laptop or desktop)
Must have a USB headset with a microphone is necessary for certification and service calls.
Must have a hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection
Must have a smartphone or mobile device. Any iOS or Android device recommended.
Must be able to purchase a flash drive necessary to access the Arise Secure Desktop(ASD)
Must have webcam to use during training only
Service Type: Inbound Call Center or Inbound Sales
Minimum Required Work Commitment: 15 Hours Each Week
Weekend Requirements: 5 Hours Required on Saturday or Sunday (or combination of both).
Schedule Availability: 7 Days A Week | 24/7 | 365 days a year.
Schedule Structure: You Control Own Schedule
Virtual Training Schedule: Morning or Evening Schedule - 4 hours a day.
Location: US ONLY excluded states (CA, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI)
Work Environment: At Home In Your Pajamas
Pay Rate: $12 - $14/hour
